I think RG knew he was never going to win in a DC court. Basically like Trump in NY for sex harassment and the loan cases. Just don’t participate in the farce since there is no chance of winning.

Bc it's bullshite. Trevian Kutti is connected to Kanye West and a Trump supporter that attempted to get Freeman to falsely confess to a crime - it's why she's indicted in the Georgia Rico case. This video is clearly chopped up to give that effect and will not be submitted at Trial or at any time by Kutti.

It wouldn't have mattered in DC court. She could have confessed on the stand, and the judgement was always going to be the same.
