Is it time for states to succeed from the union yet?

When states start deciding for themselves what candidate can be on a national ballot, maybe it’s finally time to leave.

It does seem kinda pointless to stay in a toxic marriage. There isn't anything left to salvage from this failed experiment. We need to split the assets and go our separate ways before this turns into a war of annihilation that will not be kind to those of the urban,coastal persuasion.

The "State" doesn't get to decide on Constitutional matters. That's what the federal courts are for. Colorado was using the 14th Amendment argument and it will fail.
So...I guess you are for Government taking away the peoples right to elect their representatives.

Louisiana didn’t have Lincoln on the ballot and he still won.

This is a dumb move by the Dems in CO. There is no support for this and it won't pass muster. This is the type of thing that provides legitimacy to those calling for succession or civil war. When states start this process, it just further fractures this union. Next we'll see red states do the same thing. Nothing good will come from this.
