Maybe I'm just old fashioned. But if you asked my favorite imaginable settings for sex I'd list something like "a luxury penthouse in the Caribbean overlooking a white sand beach."

It seems I remember a news story about a congressional legal fund that's available to all members of congress who are accused of sexual misconduct by interns, pages, gophers, etc. Does anybody else remember that story?
