Luicci said Elko has a contingency plan in place and the guy is a elite recruiter/highly regarding dline coach… imagine that the contingency wont like knowing he’s the 2nd call, not first. Unless, ERob was gonna be a DC and the contingency was coming solely as Dline coach anways.

Irrelevant. 8-4 is your ceiling regardless of how many players you pay or what coach you hire. So if your “wealthy donors” (that the California schools laugh at) like wasting their money, that’s their right to do so.
