Thoughts on the new downgraded engine? Should I just get the 2023?

WTF is toyota doing?

Just keep putting naturally aspirated bulletproof V6s and V8s in your shite

Can it do 0 to 60 in 2.5 seconds?

New Frontier is a good looking truck. If you can get it with Nissan's bulletproof V6 it would be a great ride.

The new multi-link rear coil suspension (replacing leaf springs) is interesting.

I’d like to check out the Trailhunter, but will likely pass.

Own a 2019 TRD Pro that’s been fantastic off road but the suspension gets squeaky.

My son did a ton of research and then ended up in a 2023.

Buy a Tacoma if you enjoy your vehicles flipping at the slightest touch.

I might buy a Taco as my next vehicle but hopefully that's 5+ years away. I've always shied away from them due to rear seat room and kids, but our youngest is 17 now.

Nissan Hardbody is coming back next year. Pretty close to the original but bigger. I’m going to look into the 4wd.

Huge mistake from Toyota. All a result from govt regulation.

Had a 2009, 2019 and now have a 2021. Great trucks, owner satisfaction is very high, one of the highest resale values around.

My daily driver is a Taco double cab PreRunner that I purchased new in 2003. Has 314,000 miles and has never flipped or tipped over. Finally taking the plunge on a new one but opted for the 23 Tacoma TRD PRO. First Gens generally have some issues and bugs to work out and at my age and with how long I usually drive a vehicle (15-20 years) it will most likely be the last truck I own.
