I don’t see how a 12-1 Bama gets in over a 12-1 Texas after Texas beat them by 10 in Bryant Denny. The games you play have to matter, but the committee is gonna find a way to get Ole Nicky in if they win the SEC title.

That would take some chaos. Oregon beats Washington, FSU loses, and of course Bama beats UGA.

So if LSU and Bama swapped places right now you would stick to that tune about LSU shouldn't get in the playoff as a 1 loss SEC champ? I doubt it.

A 1 loss Bama that wins the SEC and beats a team on a 29 game win streak should 100% be in. The committee is praying that it doesn’t come down to Texas or Bama for the final spot.

It’s not about a 1 loss SEC champ. It’s the fact that Texas beat them this year in their own stadium. That has to matter. Both should probably get in if they both win though.

We should get favor just bc we have the best offense and people want to see JD but I don’t know if that will ultimately win out

It’s impossible for us to make a NY6 bowl game. We are 5th in SEC and not sure if you know this but Ole Miss and Missouri can’t lose this week to cause the chaos we need

Oregon would get in over UGA. No way would Oregon who is 5th would not move up after beating the team above them to win a conference championship.
I think Oregon beats Washington. Louisville upsets FSU. UGA beats Bama. Texas beats OSU. Michigan beats Iowa.
