I know these are very different lifts employing different muscle, but do you have a supplemental lift (not a big 3) that you feel benefits squat, as well as, bench?

Lay on the ground under the smith machine. You can put your legs under the bar and push up while also bench pressing with a barbell at the same time. It is me main compound lift and I got pretty muscular from doing it for years.

That’s what I was thinking. I’ve never really done hip thrusts, but it looks like it’d be great for the lower body, and might help my leg drive and bracing on bench.

I always feel more explosive after doing box squats for a few weeks. RDL or SLDL for deadlift.

From the daily you said your hips rising too fast, sounds like quads are lagging. Leg press, front squats

Yeah. On the final lift my I ended up with the weight getting more over the front of my foot, so my back was doing more lifting than my legs. I was wondering if it could be core related, but it certainly could be quads. Appreciate the suggestions.

Interesting. I already do OHP, but I guess getting the legs involved could aid squat.

We need more info about you. How long have you been lifting? How tall and how much do you weigh? What are you current daily calories? What supplements are you currently taking?

With no info, the only thing I can recommend is protein. Eat it from food first, then supplement extra protein to make sure you are getting 1 gram of protein per every pound of bodyweight you weigh.
