Make sure the heisman voters know that. It’s Ohio State then us. Still should hit 10 wins hopefully. Not really bad except for defense .

Someone will need to explain to me how Michigan is #3 on that list ??

While I don’t doubt you’d be hard pressed to find 9 more difficult schedules than ours, how and the frick is Michigan #3? They played a glorified G5 schedule, and then two other teams that have good records bc they also play the same shite teams. Makes no sense.

Lol Michigan at #3. List is trash

Michigan with the 3rd hardest schedule yet they were favored by at least 17 pts in every game except Penn St & OSU.
What a joke.
What a joke.

Yeah beating a 5 win Florida team really says hard schedule. This is a lazy narrative.
LSU played 7 teams that won 6 games or less. And they lost to three of the other remaining 5.

They played the #5, #8, #9 and #12 teams. They lost 3 of those but losing the game has nothing to do with strength of schedule. Having those games on the schedule determines strength of schedule. I'm sorry this upsets you.

I'm assuming this SOS metric is weighing every game the same. So Michigan playing teams ranked in the 60s all year gives them a significant boost over our games vs teams like Grambling, Georgia State, and Army even though the probability of beating Rutgers isn't much worse than the probability of beating Army. If that's the case then this SOS metric is worthless

Sure, they played some good teams but wins and losses matter. You can't say you played a tough schedule then not win those games.
His stats alone are good enough to win the Heisman but don't say you played a hard schedule and then not back it up with wins against those better teams.

This is basically the end all be all

LSU schedule got a boost with Florida State Bama and Ole Miss.
The rest of the schedule was filled with bad teams .

“Wins and losses matter”
The defense let JD5 and the Tigers down. 5 balled out in every game.

WTF???
A really bad team can still have a tough schedule.
The strength of your schedule is determined by the other teams not your own wins.

How is Auburn only 22 when they play Georgia, LSU, and Alabama?
Posted on 11/27/23 at 8:38 am to TutHillTiger
We played 4 of the top 12 teams in the AP on the road.

Then they shouldn't have a Heisman winner on them
