Six times a week is not “treating” anything as she is obviously getting no relief.
They'll keep setting appointments for you if you show up and the money keeps rolling in, whether youre "fixed" or not.

She’ll quit going as soon as her case settles. Just have to keep running that bill up to hit those policy limits.

You should try something different

The case settled 9 years ago and she lost.

I go a few times a month. It helps with sciatica. The decompression machine gives some relief. 6 times a week seems a bit much but if your family member finds it helpful, I don't see how it would hurt anything.

That's insane. I work a desk job that leads to a lot of tightness, I have a great chiro who says to come in whenever it starts getting uncomfortable...usually a few months. If a chiro is bringing you in ever day you're probably getting scammed

Both me and my wife have used chiropractors in the past and they worked well for us. There was always a gradual decrease in the amount of visits needed to treat the issue. Sure, some are crackpots and scam artists, but it is not fair to lump all of them into that category. But this one does in fact seem to be stealing money. The most any of ours would let us get treated was three times a week.

I sure think so. In the beginning, when my back would "go out", the chiropractor would "adjust" me one time and I was good to go. I've got a bit of scoliosis.
Later on, it seemed I had to have several follow ups to get some relief.
Then I discovered a local sports medicine physical therapist (also chiropractic) that showed me some stretching exercises that I could do on my own and the problem is gone.

Yes, it’s beyond excessive. It’s nutty

That chiro knows he’s got a mark and is milking him for all he can

Funny. I could say the same thing about physicians and drugs/pharma…..and it would be a more truthful statement.

I don’t even like seeing my wife 6 days a week much less a chiropractor who doesn’t get me off.

They all play for the same team.

That chiro should have his/her licensed pulled.
Any chiro who recommends indefinite treatment is proving that he/she is not good at their job.
