The one in Fayetteville seems to be doing well. I had to turn around and go somewhere else on a Saturday this fall.

That's why I liked Walk-Ons more than a traditional sports bar. All the other sports bars around here it's just going to be your generic overpriced $20 burger and fries or generic overpriced $15 - $25 wings depending on how many you get.

The one in Tyler turned to shite.

The one in Roger's, AR has really gone downhill in terms of menu, food quality, talent of waitresses, and business
The one in D'Iberville, MS still seems ok on all fronts.

The one on Corporate has some of the most mid waitresses in BR.

We just got one in West Cobb and it seems to be doing pretty well. My kids love it so we have been a few times and its always busy.

The location in bossier has gone down hill over the last year or so. Went last Friday and I was told they’re on a kitchen hold and there was a 20 minute wait, restaurant was half empty. Needless to say we left and went else we’re.

That doesn't seem to be a guarantee though. Given I was closer to the Disney one and that one never got that popular. It's crazy considering it's in the area built to be successful but it was also in an area with a lot of competition (Ale House was 1/2 mile down and Margaritaville and Rock n Brews were right across the street). With that location I think it was the competition as well as very mediocre service.
The I-Drive location really surprised me though. That location wasn't far from Universal and when I went there on the weekend it was almost always busy. During football season they were packed (Saturday or Sunday) and the service by and large was very good. So that's why I say even if it's packed it doesn't seem to be a guarantee.

Over priced and small portions, food was just ok.

You do know we are talking about Walk Ons and not Raising Canes?

What's also interesting is that prospective new tenants either just aren't interested at all or maybe the setup is hard to adjust. Given the Walk-Ons by Disney has only been closed for 8 days but the Walk-Ons on I-Drive if I remember correctly closed in April and it's still completely vacant.
I had to drive right by the I-Drive location about 2 weeks ago. Still completely empty and no signs of it turning into anything else.
The Disney location closure was even more bizarre. The whole store was dark but the TV's were still on and playing the Monday night game. This was last Monday night, just a day after they had closed, but yet no one even bothered to turn off the TV's.

Miller's is okay but it's not what it used to be. And sure Walk-Ons jacked up their prices but so did Miller's. I honestly find Miller's to be pretty overrated and I think Walk-Ons was better, but it's hard to go into a market where a competitor is pretty entrenched.
Did you find Miller's to be better than Walk-Ons?

I think it they just kept it regional to Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Alabama and Florida they might not be in this position.
What position exactly? Weren’t they just named one of the fastest growing franchises? I’m sure they are doing very well with the franchise fees that are coming in. Rapid growth in the business that will lead to a potential acquisition is more important to most owners.

Y’all know how franchises work????

I was told by a couple of employees at the Prairieville location, that they slowed down a lot. But take that for what it’s worth.

I was told that seven Walkons (in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas) are under new management. Last week, the Zachary restaurant had an alcohol permit sign posted at the front entrance

You do know leaning into OT tropes is a thing, right?

I just moved to Rogers and have been there a couple times and it seemed pretty solid, but I guess after living in Memphis for a while my standards aren’t that high.
