Interesting conversation and proof the guy is comfortable talking away from a teleprompter

I'll try to watch later but did he come across like an authentic conservative? That's the biggest question many have about him - he says all the right things and in far more compelling ways than any other Republican, but is he too good to be true?

Personally, I like what he says but he has snake oil all over him IMO

I watched about an hours of it. Vivek is one impressive dude.

I love the fact that he is taking the mantle of one of the biggest complaints within the MAGA movement. He does a really good job of describing the corruption within the Republican Party and DC. He just has to get to know it a little better. I really hope the establishment come at Vivek with guns blazing. I want the establishment to piss him off and I what him to be full of revenge. He is a major Republican pollical asset going forward.

Do you think they have teleprompters for debates?

Saying that, he has all the answers but is way too much like a used car salesman. He hasn't espoused these positions until fairly recently while being the opposite in the past.

That was a great interview. He is spot on.

Wait until he sees that --who was it Weissmann or Kristol-- or both, promote Manchin and Romney as third party candidates?

I think the dems will piss off their coveted left wing but I think Manchin will replace Biden with Romney as his VP.

They are just waiting to jail Trump.

Okay, I finished watching the second half of the podcast.

Damn Vivek is sharp. I love his foreign policy approach. His idea about shrinking government is very aspirational but I'm not convinced it can be achieved. But good talk.

He clearly labels himself has America First and wants to carry the torch for MAGA when Trump exits the stage. He also said he has had conversations with Trump and they get along well.

ETA: Vivek's comments on energy and specifically nuclear energy were spot on.

He's nothing but a theatrical politician which is absolutely what we don't need.
