It does help our CFP case to have a 10-2 Ole Miss, so them losing to ATM hurts us.

I get the argument, but I would rather have control of our own destiny. If Ole Miss loses today, we win the SEC if we win the rest of our games this season. No ifs, ands, or buts. If the football gods conspire to keep the SEC champion out of the playoffs, that's on them.
