Bama is not losing to Kentucky but if they do then the 3 team tiebreak would go out the window so I mean as much as I hate to admit it you might have a point.

See? That's all I was saying: that it's possible, and I would rather just have our destiny in our own hands all the way through the SEC championship game, and then let the chips fall as they may thereafter.

While unlikely, it is still “possible” and I’d prefer to end the possibility that today.
In the end, if LSU wins out and is SEC champ, Ole Miss record will not factor in LSUs playoff chances.
Just eliminate them today and keep winning.

I understand, which I've already said. But none of the nuance matters if we don't win the SEC. Therefore, I want the clearest path to winning the SEC. You've said that we currently control our own destiny in the SEC; we don't. I would like to see that change today, and then we can figure out the rest later.
