I don't watch women's field hockey much, but why are they not required to wear masks? Seems like this would happen every game.

Are y'all really trying to act like the only reason she lost her teeth was b/c it was a trans kid who hit the ball?
Field hockey is a rough arse sport. We had it at my high school. My junior year our goalie got smashed in the face around the bridge of her nose w/a ball and the she had blood shot black eyes for months after that.

Men would've been all over the free dude taking the shot thus the shot may not have even been taken if all things were equal.
males are taller so if it were a male that got hit, it probably doesnt hit him in the mouth.
Also, men are more agile so a male, given the shittiness of the shot, wouldve simply moved left or right before getting hit in the mouth.
