Not sure about that. Deion had a nasty problem of totally neglecting his OL and DL at JSU which is why they never won the celebration bowl. That seems to be his same problem now.
Also, I'm really curious if he will continue coaching once Shedeur is gone.

Although their early success was overblown, Colorado was monumentally bad last year. Besides going 1-11, their average margin of defeat was 30 points per game and they only had 1 loss that was less than 20 points, I believe. Winning 4 games and being competitive in some of these other games is drastically different than what they did last year. I don't know if they'll get any better than what they are right now due to their OL and defense issues, but comparatively speaking, they are still way better this year than they were last year.

I tried to explain this to the sports idiots around me. He dominated the SWAC, not black college football. But all they know is that he is college football's new messiah. Because the media tells them so.

Its year one. Yeah he does things less conventional. Whatever. His kids love him and play for him. I cant lie, that was the worst display of Oline play ive ever seen in my lifetime last night. Over and over the 2 guards and right tackle just allowed defenders to run by them and literally Sanders was running for his life on every single play. Prime just looked on and did nothing. Not one adjustment was made, and nobody got benched, nothing. Not even an adjustment to offset the heavy penetration Ucla was getting, no screen play, no draw play, nothing. At the end of the game, Sanders could barely walk. QB Sanders had no expression. You would think he would wanna fight his whole oline after the arse raping he had to take at their hands.

Not this year. He will get better players as he goes forward, but they too will have a ceiling because across the board, his team looks seriously under coached on both sides of the ball. He will learn you can't just win in Power 5 with just talent.
