I keep telling people do NOT go get on Xanax or medical weed, etc.
At some point, those will be classified as reason enough to confiscate those peoples guns.
Even rational folks will say, such as yourself, “hey let’s get those with mental health issues guns”
Those meds are “for” ppl with mental health issues.

There is a lot of truth to this.

If we look at most the recent high profile mass shootings, the common denominator was mental health. The kid in Uvalde was killing cats posting the videos on FaceBook. The Nashville Tranny Freak has a manifesto they won’t publish. Now you have a guy that had bright red neon flashing signs and no one can figure out maybe we should do something.

We should have a system where truly crazy people can be interned where competent mental healthcare professionals can determine if they are a danger to society. If so they house them, get them help until they can rejoin the public without endangering them….but some Prog lawyer will scream bloody murder about this while in the next breath saying we need to squash the 2A.
