No doubt he has talent and at times in his career led a potent offense.

He is certainly frustrated with protection and receivers, but he isn’t doing himself any favors in the locker room.

I can’t stand the game plan, but at this point I am sorry to say I was wrong for thinking Carr would be an answer. Hope I am proven wrong.

Agree. Makes me think back to last season when he was crying at press conferences because they were trying so hard and losing.
He has something going on in his head. The talent may have passed him by but I am surprised he is not tearing up defenses with his brain. Thought we would get that out of him. The long ball is not in the arsenal anymore from what my eyes tell me.

He’s been getting ripped by the national media for his tantrums. Basically saying he’s a poor leader.

When you have a head coach like DA this kind of stuff is allowed. DA isn’t a leader. He has no business being an NFL head coach. Great DC but terrible HC.

Same. He looks like a QB who is mentally rattled

After reading the thread and watching the QB School breakdown game film of a few plays, Carr is just as much at fault as PC.

He needs to find another line of work because he ducks at football. If he had any ability it would have shown up by now. He failed with the Raiders and he is failing with the Saints. He will slide down to a back up who gets signed every year by a different team until no team wants him.

I’m not defending Carr’s actions, but do you have a link that it is creating a locker room issue? Kamara mentioned Carr last week when talking about people putting in the work. I haven’t seen anything about a locker room issue (other than Olave not finishing routes).

carr needs to -

stop crying, literally.

be productive with criticism, which means not whining ever other play.

in a nutshell, grow up.

carr seems like a good dude. i pull for him and hope he can get this mess turned around. he's close. one dropped end-zone pass and a two point conversion away from adding to his league leading comeback total. hopefully there's a silver lining to the loss last week in the form of a wake-up call to carr and the team. that was a good jacksonville team, probably one of the top 2 or 3 teams we'll play with this years soft schedule.

It’s def not good leadership. Drew showed frustration when receivers screwed up but he handled it like a grown arse man on the sideline. It helped that Drew was actually good too. He earned respect, Carr does not.
