When did skeletons become a public Halloween version of elf on the shelf?

I’ve seen more of those gigantic yard ornaments than I usually do

I encourage others to decorate so I dont have to

Why does other ppl having fun bother you?

Seems kinda like a new thing to me.

Evil is creeping nearer and nearer to the light
Forged in darkness but gaining might
Forced to hide less the angels see
But their power grows subtly

Burst from the shadows
We act surprised
But it’s our own callous minds
That released Hell’s prize

We’ll laugh and joke
We’ll distract and deny
We’ll wait too long
Til we inevitably die

Crushed by the weight
Of our own greed and pride
Blaming the mud and the stones
As we take the last ride

The Jeeple have taken to tying them to their spare tires.

I’m just wondering where people are storing these 18-20 footers that have become popular.

I've seen 10+ cars with skeletons on them. A couple had skeletons on their antennas. Saw a full sized skeleton today on the front of a jeep made to look like it was hit by the car.







I'm buying my own tomorrow.
