Ard parades around like a conservative but is anti gun. I watched the ATF make him give back guns to citizens because he illegally confiscated and held them... when the ATF is on the right side of things...

I think Livingston deserves credit. Louisiana Sheriffs have so much power and influence it’s really hard to defeat an entrenched one unless there’s a significant shift in demographics, and the sitting sheriff has the wrong party affiliation.
