Ive never seen a pee wee, jr high, high school female official, some of these male officials are paying their dues for years to get to this level. Women are being fast tracked up the ladder in the name of equality.

I don't think it makes much sense for someone to officiate a sport in which they have no experience or comparable experience.

I’ve encountered a few over the last few years at the middle and high school level. A few have been the best around while others have been terrible. I’d say the extremes are more skewed in both directions but the good ones are usually very good. They want to prove themselves and take the job very seriously.

This is going on in every industry. My company is infested with females in leadership positions and they have no idea what their subordinates do/supposed to be doing. It’s laughable.
