Palestinians in Baton Rouge

How concerned are any of you about the (what I consider to be large) Palestinian community in the Baton Rouge area? One of my neighbors is Palestinian. We have never had more than just a casual conversation. I did look at this Facebook page and it is full of anti-Israel posts. I guess he doesn't realize the privacy is set to public. Some of it is pretty bad extreme including a glorified photo of a para glider firing into a crowd.

Might want to report him to the FBI as a MAGA extremist.

There’s not that many Palestinians here (a metric f$&k ton more Iranians and Lebanese), nor are there many Jews. The sum of the two groups in the greater Baton Rouge area couldn’t fill more than a section or two in Tiger Stadium. Most of those Jews have been here since the early/mid 19th century and have nothing to do with Israel. Nothing is going to “happen”. The most you’ll see is a protest march at LSU or the state capital led by the colored hair alphabet crowd demanding justice for Palestine and a letter to the editor of the Advocate from a member of the one Jewish Synagogue praying for an end to the violence, peace, and understanding.

The real question is why do we have a "Palestinian community" in the US?

Because the only thing leftist love more than socialism is embracing people they consider to be brown and poor.

I’ve been to a bar mitzvah at that synagogue. They’ve got some baws there that I could definitely see doing more than write a strongly worded letter to The Advocate if pushed too far.
But yeah, OP is just a little paranoid.

I remember after 911 seeing videos of these people celebrating but yet we want them in our country for some reason.

Gemiluth Chessed (Acts of Loving Kindness) is a Moorish Revival synagogue in Port Gibson, Mississippi. It is the oldest surviving synagogue in the state and the only building of this architectural style. It was built in 1892 by a community of Jewish immigrants from German states and Alsace-Lorraine. Due to declining population as people moved to larger urban areas, the congregation closed in 1986.
