No divisions...

Louisville 6-0
Games remaining: Pitt, Duke, VaTech, Virginia, Miami, Kentucky

Florida State 5-0
Games remaining: Syracuse, Duke, Wake Forest, Pitt, Miami, North Alabama, Florida

North Carolina 5-0
Games remaining: Miami, Virginia, Georgia Tech, Campbell, Duke, Clemson, NC State

All 3 don't play each other unless 2 meet in the ACC Championship Game.

Louisville and FSU have the easiest of the schedules, but both could slip up at the end of the season. That said, Duke could easily beat all 3. UNC could finish with 3 L's.

Would be hard to see a win that catapults Louisville into the top 4.

If FSU runs the table they will 100% be in.

What happens if all three finish the regular season undefeated? Who goes to the ACC Championship game?

Duke will beat 1 if not 2 of these teams. It will figure itself out.

If they didn’t all 3 play duke though things might be fricky

I’m guessing they would compare common opponents

1) The two teams whose conference opponents have the highest winning percentage
2) The top two rated teams according to a metric by SportSource Analytics
3) Drawing straws

I watched Louisville play NC State. They aren’t going undefeated. Might see them slip up this weekend against Pitt.

Duke’s QB is either out or going to be very limited the rest of the season w/ a high ankle sprain. If he was healthy they for sure could knock off more than one of the three

Big win vs Notre Dame and have Pitt right before a massive game against Duke. It’s college..

100% is a stretch.

Undefeated Georgia- automatically in over FSU

Undefeated big 10 champ (PSU, OSU, Michigan)- automatically
In over FSU

Undefeated Oklahoma- likely in over FSU

Undefeated Oregon- likely in over FSU

People won’t like to hear it but in the unlikely scenario that Bama runs the table, they probably get in over undefeated FSU.

Now, it’s college football and it has its way of working itself out in November, but still too many possibilities to call undefeated FSU 100% in.

only in the unbelievably, astoundingly unlikely scenario that you have 5 P5 undefeated champs. WHich is almost certainly not going to happen. But I agree with you that a 13-0 UGA/OU/UM/Oregon would make it over them.

No way a one loss Bama team gets in over undefeated FSU. However, Bama would most likely get in because someone in another conference will lose.
