I just wish they would come out and say exactly what this whole shite fest is. One huge publicity stunt. There’s no reason for them to act like this is some sort of organic coverage.

Its pathetic. Anyone that spends money for their daughter or wives to go to any of her shite deserve to go bankrupt. My wife asked if she could get tickets to her concert in Cincinnati and I flat out refused. I’ll deal with a pissed off wife for a week rather than send money to that bull shite
Your wife secretly hates you and she’ll be banging random black guys she met on Facebook by the end of the year.

Anytime my wife or I make a purchase over $200 we discuss it. And we can’t purchase anything over $200 unless the other agrees to it after looking at our finances. But go off and act like this is irrational instead of dropping $600 on a concert ticket
It’s funny you try to frame it about financials when it’s obvious you’re just mad as frick about Taylor Swift for some weird reason

I don't understand why people get so upset that Swift is a global pop star. I mean, her music isn't for me, but it doesn't make me angry that people love her.
Only rational response. I don’t understand why people get up in arms about someone or something that has no effect on their lives.

My 14 year old daughter called me on Sunday to ask me what channel the Chiefs were playing on so she could watch. Maybe the NFL likes new folks tuning in. I dunno. I dont watch the games that closely to care who they show when plays are not happening.

I think it's ridiculous in how much attention this has been getting. But if anyone doesn't understand why the NFL is leaning into this, then they must not understand business. The NFL is in business to make money. Therefore, the more eyeballs they have focused on their products good for them. It's already paid off as we've all seen the stories of Swift fans who have never even thought about football are showing up to games to get a glimpse of her. People with no interest are tuning into the TV broadcasts. I'm sure people are buying NFL licensed merchandise.
It's ALL about the money. The more people they can get to pay attention to the NFL just increases the opportunity for thise newcomers to spend their dollars with the NFL.

That’s like a one time experience. How much are you spending on athletics tickets in a year?
If your favorite CFB team hypothetically made the playoffs and a national championship game, would you be buying those tickets? Or if your favorite NFL team makes the Super Bowl?
You aren’t “sending money to that bullshite,” you are doing something your wife wanted to do. If you can’t afford it, that’s a different discussion. But the way you frame it, you simply refuse. And if you do pay to do things you want frequently, you need to re-evaluate.

Because the fact that her vanilla arse music is THAT popular is a testament to the blandness and soullessness of our current society.

NFL pushing free Taylor Swift promos on networks as Travis Kelce romance grows
In the NFL’s undying quest for Taylor Swift’s heart, it asked its networks — NBC, ESPN, Fox and CBS — to show promos for her upcoming movie for free, The Post has learned.
ESPN and NBC acquiesced to the request and showed promos for Swift’s movie during the content portion of their pregame shows this past Sunday and Monday.
ESPN played the Swift movie promos for her concert during “Sunday NFL Countdown” and “Monday NFL Countdown.”
NBC’s free promo was on its pregame show, “Football Night in America,” prior to Chiefs-Jets, which Swift attended.
There was also a Swift commercial during NBC’s game.
The ad time was paid for, according to sources. These 30-second spots are generally approaching the million-dollar neighborhood for a “Sunday Night Football” game.

I thought you were very sexist, but it turns out just very poor. Not sure what is worse.
