Matt probably couldn't become speaker right now but he did the right thing, exposing a bunch of establishment do-nothings. Instead he's going to be the next governor and propel himself to the White House. I'd much prefer that path honestly.

Florida is a big state with a lot of people in it that are not Republicans and not from Pensacola. Remember that DeSantis barely won election in his first term over a Democrat who was a lightweight, drug addicted, pervert.
