This is my assumption and I would like some clarity.
I also assume these same McCarthy supporters support CRs, not releasing the J6 tapes, and caucusing with Dems and Biden to pass CRs.

You should take a basic 8th grade civics course.

It's either that or the people always quick to mock with "call me when something is done" actually have no idea what "something" looks like and/or don't actually have the stomach for "something."

So Trump isn't onboard with us here?
Finally, some separation between DT and GumboPot.

There’s no us. You don’t want those things.
And of course Trump is onboard with it.

Then why did Trump get McCarthy the speakership back in January? Why didn't it make sense to follow through with what Gaetz and the other 20 Reps started back then? Seems to me the country and the Right would be in much better shape than it is now.

People should be dancing in the streets; this is the first strike back at the DEM/GOP alliance which has railed against and completely ignored the American public and its mainstream ideas and ideals for the last 30 years. The one most outstanding and common alignment in the public both DEM and GOP are the protection of the southern border and the immediate stoppage of the millions of illegal immigrants crossing that boarder every month, to tune of millions this year alone. McCarthy and the GOP had the perfect chance to initiate some change there and force that dickhead we have as a president to stop the surge, and they let that opportunity go out the window without even a debate. That is why McCarthy is gone and I applauded Matt for using whatever tools he could muster enough votes to vacate McCarthy for betrayal.

it’s the job of the entire house to replace it. Expecting Gaetz to do it shows a fundamental misunderstanding.

You not wanting it has nothing to do with me. I’m just pointing it out.

He didn’t.

They did follow through. McCarthy was forced to make a few rule changes and committed to doing things in order to get the votes.

Unfortunately, as you can see now, the good guys are too few. People like you are attacking Gaetz and the 8 at every turn. There was always going to have to be a negotiation and resulting deal. Gaetz and the 20 weren’t going to be able to get a better candidate. There’s just too many people like yourself in the Republican house.

McCarthy being a weak leader doesn’t help Republicans.

Gaetz and his party of seven did not help Republicans!

Except you're wrong. I am absolutely supportive of ousting McCarthy. I was absolutely supportive of the gang of 20 in January. I was disappointed that Trump got in their way.
Why do you get so much shite wrong?

The didn't follow through. Trump got some of them to relent to clear the way for McCarthy. Trump came through for the establishment. Again.

You're so full of shite, and MAGAland is chock-full of idiots like you.

Obviously a lie so that you can tell that 2nd lie about Trump.

Of course they did. You just didn’t know what a realistic end was unlike Gaetz and Trump.
To say Trumo supported McCarthy is to say Biggs and the other 20 did. They accepted him with stipulations.
All of the lies to support a guy who isn’t even really campaigning anymore. Desantis is done. He’s an afterthought.

The establishment Republicans have hated Trump from day 1, because Trump's supporters don't just go along to get along. They want the Republicans to stop acting like uniparty members. They want them to stop saying conservative things and then voting for huge omnibus spending bills.
At the core of their strategy to maintain power is their willingness to give up their conservative principles because of the illusion that they have no choice and that if they don't vote for compromised spending bill, the world as we know it will end.

Explain this.
IF you have a majority, no matter how slim, and you go and make backroom deals with Democrats to get a pork pull pushed through... How is that not also "helping dems?"
