If you want to start with something cheap, try Apple Cider Vinegar.

Eat a lot of protein. Protein is filling and helps with cravings.

Eat more protein and fat. Eat an avocado every day. It has a lot of good fat that keeps you full.

Replace a meal with Slim Fast. Add more walking daily to whatever else you are doing.

Drink 1 oz of water for every lb you weigh

Eggs and avocados

Whole grains and complex carbs

Use quinoa instead of rice

Snack 5 times a day minumun; avoid super large meals

Make snack bags and portion them out

Have/develop good self control

I’ll get downvoted for answering the question but others covered diet and lifting so I’ll go ahead and answer



25mg ephedrine from Walgreens (bronkaide)
200mg caffeine in pill form get sns brand from dpsnutrition

Do above first thing upon waking and right before lunch

Add 2 caps of glucophase by sns from dps nutrition with each dose

Add 2 caps reduce xt from sns from dps nutrition upon waking , 1 at lunch and then 1 at bedtime

Eat lots of protein, lift progressively and walk…10k steps a day

Bronkaid + 200 mg caffeine 3x a day

I don’t subscribe to steps but fat burning zone cardio. At least 30 minutes per day will do a ton of good—I do mine on 15 incline around 1.2-1.4 mph which keeps me about 130-40 bpm

Why? Nicotine in and of itself is a pretty good drug and no worse than taking 600 mgs of caffeine daily.

Sure, tobacco is pretty nasty, but nicotine is not the devil.

I can stop caffeine whenever I want. Nicotine was slightly more challenging.

nicotine would be a great drug for fatloss, only problem is, not legal to sell as a pill, its addicting as frick and due to the lethal dose only being about 150mg and dosing being all over the map due to it having to be black market....yea dont suggest that

and 600mgs of caffeine, (actually around 900mg or 9 cups of coffeee) has been found to decrease all cause mortality.

dont start there though

if you are not used to caffeine then start with 100mg of C and 12.5mg of E.

See above. All former smokers. They look at you like you have two heads if you mention quitting nicotine altogether.

It would increase my mortality immensely. I feel like I'm having a panic attack if I consume 150 mg in a day.

Agree, only take once a day right before lunch when in cut. It's plenty enough for the appetite suppressant but might not be enough for the full thermigenic affect.
