I'd stay here, no better place I can think of. Southeast AK is the ideal place to ride out that shite. Few people, small, local grid, no roads to access, mountain and ice barriers.

I'd stay right where I am, out in the boonies, surrounded by good neighbors and critters to eat, water to boil to drink, and far enough from a city, even though it's a nice city, so far.
