I would still probably eat it as long as doesn’t smell terrible. Your are still going to cook it which kills the bacteria anyway

Maybe if you cook it to 200*.

Only if you record the 3 or 4 hours after ingesting it and upload the video

That's what I was coming here to post - regardless of whether you're pooping liquid or high-fiving a great steak (frick the haters about marinating) you will have CREATED A MEMORY! Congrats.

My Drunk-0Driver's-Only Parkway thread on here got me banned because of weak-arse Ukraine Zelensky supporters

Dry Aged..... you should be fine
Yep. Wasn’t there a dude here who dry aged his own ribeye steaks? Think they turned out good.

As a whole steak cooked, nah. But I’d make tidbits out of it. That’ll ensure it gets more seared.

Asks about this steak, yet probably would not hesitate to provide lip service.

Google is telling me to toss it.
google is such trash. Google how long a fridge can be without power before you have to throw everything out.

any food kept between 45-150 degrees for more than 2 hours supports bacterial growth.

You usually don't dry age on the counter though

Cook it and eat. Have newspaper laid out like you got a new puppy. Depends if you have to leave the house….

Ask yourself the upside and downside of eating it.
Bacteria (the bad bacteria is what you’re concerned about) needs 7 things to thrive. You just have it all 7. I’d recommend taking the L and throwing it away. You’ll save much more money doing that than you would eating it
