For the superstitious, the number 13 is unlucky … and when followed by a percentage mark, it’s not great for political campaigns either, as Ron DeSantis may be realizing.

quote:

This represents a low point for DeSantis’ support and is among the most significant leads for Trump since tracking began in December 2022.

It almost feels bad bodybagging the Ronbots so hard. Gotta give them credit for being true believers though. They never wavered from the script when debating over Ron's support with them. I'd say it feels good to be proven right but they already know that.

The more you run him down, the fewer people vote for the 80 year old big spender. You’re chewing off your own leg, and it’s funny

Rarely have I seen a campaign squander capital and momentum like his did.

Almost a textbook example of the GOP's problems since Reagan left office. (Gingrich did OK for a while, but something something Icarus something.)

Chris Christie the spox for the big E club-had a litter of kittens and a hissy fit hearing Trump was skipping the second debate and going to the Detroit strike to tell them the green new deal sucks.

The workers are striking for many reasons but one is because they are saying the cars they will be building they could not afford to buy.

Trump will be there in MI and the GOP establishment & media won't have Trump to do gotchas on.

Meatball can scream bop but I don't think Vivek will be easily attacked. They are forced to challenge each other and they are all on the same E team minus Vivek.

I like DeSantis.

Wouldn't mind seeing him elected President.

But he was a fricking retard for running.

Whoever told Desantis he should run for President this coming election cycle is a dumbass.

Most people could see this coming from a mile away, and it could damage his chances in 2028.

I feel bad for Gov. DeSantis. He is a great Governor and would be a great President at some point, but this isn't his time. This election is about Trump, like it or not. He will be the Republican nominee and the choice will be between him and a liberal Democrat that will continue the destruction of this country as we know it.
