These are relatively stupid questions without more of a foundation. Billing at the completion of work is pretty normal. Providing a budget before invoicing is as well. What other stupid points would you like to attempt?
You argue like Paxton’s lawyers. I bring facts from the case, and you attempt summarily dismiss them by calling it stupid. Are you under the impression that all the evidence should have been presented by the prosecution in 27 hours?
If you over generalize, I can see your point, but when have you ever had $120k worth of improvements to your house where you never received an invoice until multiple months after the work was completed and not before? Did you have to pay anything for materials upfront? Because that is standard in the construction industry.
And I suppose it’s just a coincidence that the authorities were notified and within a day, payment had been made and an invoice was generated? That doesn’t seem suspicious to you?

So you think it was all made up?
Yes. I watched the trial. There was no evidence presented otherwise.
Did you watch it?

I’m no longer surprised by the heroes the trump party chooses to elevate. Paxton was acquitted for political reasons, not for lack of evidence. Congrats.

This is a wild shot in the dark, but any chance you are employed by OAN or Newsmax, because they have the same quality of reporting as you post does. Very rich in detail!

You still think Russia Collusion, Ukraine phone call etc, were evidence against PDJT when it has been proven there was none? What a close minded, ignorant and hateful person you are.
Don't forget Texdiddler's all time favorite!

It is not “standard” in the construction industry. I know of many manufacturers who don’t bill until shipment and then installers who don’t bill until completion of the project. Sometimes, you have to ask for an invoice for billing departments that are struggling.

You made a lot of assumptions based upon some facts that could mean anything. I pointed that out and you started whining like a little bitch.

I didn't say they should be excited to so to court

Yes you did.
You're a liar. I said:

"he doesn't seem very interested in going to court for such an innocent man."

And this is not a run- of- the- mill- case. He's the frickin AG and he's hiding from subpoenas.
quote:
So you’re still too stupid to understand how none of that is a response to you saying people should be excited to go to court to prove their innocence.
So, you repeat the same lie about me saying they should be excited about going to court. If you say it enough, do you think it will be true?
Also, how is it you just ignored the fact that Paxton was ducking subpoenas?

Again - not arguing the facts but trying to impugn the poster. I’ll have a discussion with you, but only if you bring relevant information to the topic. Attempting to insult somebody (which doesn’t bother me at all) is not going to cut it.
Manufacturing is not construction (unless the Paxton's live in a mobile home)
The prosecution only had 27 hours to present their case. You have to pick and choose what you introduce. Having said that, if another case were to go to criminal court, that problem would not exist and all the evidence could come out.

Whoa. Where is the court case in the process?

A bunch of FB posts and bots... Russia can barely push back Ukraine and you want us to believe they held some coordinated attack on our elections?

Go to 12:30 of the interview and your Senate Intelligence Report questions get answered.
The ones testifying were corrupt, and had strong
ties to be on Hillary's future team.

Mike Churchoff
Former Deputy of NSA
New Knowledge - advisory to the Senate select committee and a number of their people testified.
You're a gullible idiot, but that's nothing new.

My post that you replied to only dealt with the release of the DNC emails after the access Hollywood tapes.
Your respnse doesnt even touch on that subject.
