I think he was 18/20 and left in the 3rd after one of the most dominant QB performances that year, and then Matt Flynn had a nuclear level meltdown and almost put MSU back in the game and they had to put JR in to win it

Amazing how the whole offense opens up after you beat them over the top a few times and the defense has to defend the whole field.

Burrow had a higher completion percentage with 20 passes, and he owns a few other records, but Daniels is now the best for over 25 passes.

I have been one that has been critical of his play. Today he did much better in the decision making and throwing the ball down the field.
I give him credit for doing it on the road in a decent SEC program stadium.
The biggest thing he should be graded on is 9-16 on 3rd down. 2 of the 7 non converted 3rd downs went to 4th down and both were successful. 2 more went to FG's and one ended the game with the clock expiring. Net result... only 2 punts.

Dink and dunk??? He was throwing bombs. He has played well in every game this year. It’s not his fault the online didn’t show up in the opener. The defense didn’t stop anyone that day.

The stuff I heard select fans in the stands yell towards JaMarcus vs other QBs for example was significantly different. Racists exist, no one said you’re one of them. And I remember people bitching about Josh Booty and begging for Rohan to come in. And I remember fans booing Jarrett Lee and some even cheered when he got hurt. LSU fans are always merciless on the starting QB and always want the backup.
LSU has had black QBs going back decades and nobody cares anymore. This isn’t the 1960s and a black QB isn’t some rare novelty. LSU’s teams are always majority black and fans don’t give one solid shite about the skin color of the players. I hate to rant like this but I’m just so sick of race being interjected into literally everything everywhere.
