No thanks. I'd rather pick and choose and go grab used Blu-Rays off of eBay or from pawn shops than give money to a company that is in the process of either apologizing for or literally editing these same movies.

I appreciate the list though...I can start scratching them off as I buy older copies from elsewhere.

1. Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs (1937)
2. Pinocchio (1940)
3. Fantasia (1940)
4. Dumbo (1941)

I get that. I’m don’t have that kind of money to burn. Plus there are a ton of movies I wouldn’t want.

Yes?

I'm not this guy...

I'm not relying on streaming services to tell me what I can or can't see, and leave to various media companies what they'll leave unaltered or available or not.

Blu-rays are readily available and tons of people got rid of used copies a while ago when they thought streaming services would answer everything. You can pick them up for nothing, and most are perfect...and they still look amazing, obviously. Hell...I'll gladly but a used DVD of a movie if it's not available on BR. Bought a copy of PCU a while ago because it's not on any streaming service and not on BR.

I haven’t purchased a Blu ray in a while but I assumed they all under $12 these days. Is that incorrect?

also, i've wanted to bring this up in it's own thread, but physical media actually looks/sounds better than it's streaming version.

Friend,

Here are movies that do not belong on that list:

Make Mine Music (1946)
The Rescuers Down Under (1990)
Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)
Toy Story 2 (1999)
Lilo & Stitch (2002)
Winnie the Pooh (2011)
Big Hero 6 (2014)
Toy Story 4 (2019)
Lightyear (2022)
Strange World (2022)

Otherwise, a list of good movies.

Yours,
TulaneLSU

And Robin Hood is probably the most underrated movie on that list.
