The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) likely overstepped its authority when it told Americans to "stop" using ivermectin against COVID-19, a federal court ruled on Sept. 1.
"FDA can inform, but it has identified no authority allowing it to recommend consumers 'stop' taking medicine," U.S. Circuit Judge Don Willett wrote in the ruling.

"Nothing in the Act’s plain text authorizes FDA to issue medical advice or recommendations," Judge Willett said.
The judge, who sits on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, was joined by U.S. Circuit Judges Edith Brown Clement and Jennifer Walker Elrod.

Damn, did the government do anything that was legal in its China flu response?

I wonder how many of the over 1 million deaths could have been averted if early treatment with Ivermectin would have been allowed?
Govt and Pharma are some murderous thugs.

In the US alone you're probably talking hundreds of thousands needlessly killed over political divisiveness.

FDA can 'inform' but it can't 'recommend'. What a laughable ruling.

Quick Google search shows:
FDA 'recommends' against Meridia
FDA 'recommends' against prolonged use of Magnesium Sulfate to stop pre-term labor due to bone changes in exposed nabies
FDA 'recommends' against the continued use of propoxyphene
FDA 'recommends' against codeine and tramadol usage in adolescents between 12 and 18 years of age who are obese.
And so on and so on.

Hmm, I wonder which ones? Probably the ones that like to reference themselves 5 pages back in long threads, or police the thread and let everyone know when a post falls outside the scope of where he thinks it should be. Nah, no one would be that self absorbed

What about the pharmacists who refused to allow access to it because the fda “recommended” against it?
This is how the game is played. “I was just following guidance/orders/accepted protocols etc.” and “well ackshually we never said you had to, that was a misconception, we just recommended it.”
So whatever happens the only person who will be held liable for the tragic events which follow will be you.
Get your boosters dumbasses.

What about them? What does that have to do with the ruling? Take it up with the pharmacists.

As he should. It warrants a lulz.

No need to wonder, we've studied this.
The answer is zero.
