What about recent championships? That's what matters, right?

This all makes for a bit of a yawner. A loss to them in baseball. Damn. How many championships do they have?

I'll take our baseball history over FSU's futility any day.

And yet, I’ll take our generation of National Championships over their recent history.

We have 7 nattys in baseball alone since 91. They haven't even been to the would series since 2002 and haven't won one in a quarter century. (98)

The past? As in the most recent meeting in every sport?

Winning the most recent game in a given sport is called "bragging rights". And FSU has that over LSU in everything except women's swimming and diving. Maybe that changes Sunday?

I'm sure a regular season win over LSU means so much more to Mike Martin than LSU's 7 CWS Titles by three different head coaches. You sound like the Gumps on the SEC Rant trying to say Alabama has a better baseball program than LSU because of head to head wins.

They beat us in a home SR in 2019 to go to Omaha, but they’ve never won a CWS. We beat them twice in Omaha in 2017, and several times in the 90s. Other than 2019 LSU owns FSU in baseball.

Except for the fact they have a losing record vs FSU in baseball.
