I'm going to attempt my first ever smoke. Doing a pork butt on my kettle with snake method.

was going to fire up the smoker but with everything so dry and crispy, I am going to wait til we get some rain first. I dont want to be the reason everyone's pastures burned.
So we're going with the Ooni and making pizzas, wings on the grill, and some sausage, of course.

Thinking about pulling the beef short ribs out. Have some but never done them.

I'll take down a few prime N.Y. Strips out the freezer to grill.
Hit the store to pick up a nice pack of portabella mushrooms to saute with onion and a bit of garlic.
Then fry off some homemade bacon, season some sour cream with fresh parsley, sweet basil and green onions, break out some shredded cheese and bake a few potatoes and feast on that with a nice cocktail or 3.

Got a cow from a buddy a few months back so I've recently had my fill of steaks. Going with a couple pork butts on the Recteq.

A few racks of baby backs for Saturday along with potato salad and jalepeno-cilantro slaw. My brother is putting on a brisket Saturday night to have for a pool party on Sunday.
