If dusty has Maldonado catching again I might just stop following them. The team has a serious hitting problem at the bottom of the order and to continue to roll out Maldonada is asinine. Literally anyone can play 1st base for a game..it’s not like we are good there defensively regardless of who we roll out.

Has anyone looked into our record when Diaz, McCormick and Tucker all play and Moldy doesn’t play? I bet that’s a pretty telling FODB stat.
It’s just unbelievable to me that even brain dead Dusty can justify playing Moldy 80% of the time at catcher in the 9 hole, yet when he does play Diaz he’s now OK putting him at 4/5? In what world does that by itself make sense.

I’d honestly rather rather Dubon at SS at this point. Give Peña a break on bench for a few weeks
