Are People Liberal; or Conservative By Nature?

I'm thinking people are conservative from birth based on moral foundation, and social ambiguity. Liberal mindsets are created from propaganda by social engineering and the like. What say you?

I've become convinced people are just born different. Different personality traits naturally steer them towards conservatism or liberalism as they age.

People who actually learn about topics to come to their views end up conservative. Those who don't really have a reason for the way they think because they go with the flow or with what the tv says are liberals.

I agree. I had my own toys and my sister came along and now all of a sudden I had to share my shite. Why? It’s mine.
In school, I brought a cupcake. The teacher said I had to bring enough for the entire class. frick them! It’s not hard to get a cupcake?

People are a product of their surroundings and most blindly believe anything. Just look at how many people claim to be Christians but have never actually taken the time to read the Bible cover to cover. They’ll just blindly believe whatever some pastor says who strategically cherry picks random verses that makes them feel good.

I think you're generally an open sponge growing up. Surroundings mostly form who you become. Most young people are liberal sided because liberals have taken over every outlet of information flow

my sister and i had an identical upbringing from conservative christian parents.
i'm pretty libertarian, a former athlete, and i moved out at 19, paid for my school, been married for 20 years with two teenage boys.
my sister is a lesbian socialist that is 5 feet tall and weighs 250+ lbs that screams about white people, student loan debt, and the patriarchy on twitter all day. she has had 2 jobs making less than $30k in 20 years out of school (which left her with debt.)

People have hardwired personality types that are good predictors for political preference. These are fairly evenly distributed among the population but women are certainly more liberal as a population and same goes for men being conservative.
What neither side wants to admit is each side needs each other to make society run properly.
Of course, theres all sorts of sociological manipulation that can muddy these waters (and has).

It blows my mind people live by the mantra "save me government". People naturally want to live with liberty and as little intrusiveness as possible but so many have been conditioned into needing that oversight and what they think is structure in their lives.

Wow. Our education system is clearly in worse condition than assumed. There is no such thing as a "moral foundation" in Nature. Labels and beliefs like "Liberal" or "Conservative" are societal constructs that are therefore 100% man made. None of this is "by nature"
