Pretty open ended question. New Orleans is going to be very different than the rest of the state

Cajun style seafood. A place that has good boiled shrimp is a must!

I like Peche but it is one tier below GW Fins.

I’m in the minority, but I enjoy Peche more than Fins.

They’re quite different though. Not really comparable.

Crab Palace in Lake Chuck. Hole in wall with great boiled and cooked seafood!
