Was able to shoot accurately at a close distance, when i stepped back i could hardly hit the papper. Any advice from somebody with more experience? The barrel felt heavy and the grip felt a little loose...

I also cut deadwood out (3rd year canes will die and turn brown cut them low to the ground with pruning shears). We also propagate with the lateral canes. Youtube video texas prepper watch the videos. You can cut laterals off and replant them and they will take root and create more blackberry bushes...
