‘Bidenomics’ is working – which means Biden and the Democrats may win too
Until recently, I assumed that Joe Biden would get a second term despite worries about his age because most Americans find Trump so loathsome.
But I’ve underestimated Bidenomics. It’s turning out to be the most successful set of economic policies the United States has witnessed in a half-century.
It may not only give Joe another term but also give Democrats control over both houses of Congress. It may even put the nation on the path to widely shared prosperity for a generation.
New economic data last week showed that inflation cooled to 3% in June, down from over 9% last year, and close to the Fed’s goal of 2%.
And as inflation has subsided, real wages – that is, what paychecks will buy – have finally risen.
Meanwhile, economic growth has accelerated. Consumer spending is solid. Consumers expect the economy to continue to do well.

I actually stopped buying a certain brand due to price. The new brand has jumped 50% in 30 days. I have not ever really paid attention to prices until now.
Wow!!

Most propped up numbers in history

People who believe any of this are absolutely the dumbest people on the planet. But we are talking about people who vote D here so that should have been obvious.

Inflation isn’t 3% it’s probably 7-8% everything cost more

Gas still double pre-Covid, national rating downgraded, inflation still highest in years, housing market is a mess, they have to change the math on unemployment to make those numbers look anything close to positive, energy is skyrocketing... just think how bad it would be if they didn't have the covid years to keep using as a baseline.
It's amazing the fine-oiled propaganda machine the mainstream corporate media is. I hate them, but you have to admire their abilities.

So everything is roughly 12% more expensive from when Biden took office?
Not counting groceries and gas that have doubled, which are the most important costs people worry about.

Gas is up over $.40 in the last two days. GTFO with this propaganda.

Wait until you find out rent prices have leveled out and they will say, Biden.
When in reality its years of capitalism working.

Yes and the rapidly inflating fuels prices is not over. The fuel costs will factor into prices for every product segment.

Anyone that buys groceries can tell you just how well Bidenomics is working for them

Here's a real world example of bidenomics: we are putting 2 new AC units in our house tomorrow. We are using same company we used to replace the unit in our old house in 2020. Same sales guy, so I started asking about the AC industry and costs. Granted we are getting top of the line, but this project is going to be 37K. Not a typo. 3 years ago it would have cost around 24K.
Best part- if we wait 2 years with impending regulations, supply chain, labor increases, and inflation- he said "easily 55K". One example is they are trying to require 2 workers for every job- one to watch the other guy in case he gets too hot or tired. Clean your coils once a year for prevent maintenance? Price just doubled.
Killing the middle class is the goal.

Most aren't feeling it and that factors far more into votes than does what the "official numbers" state.
Also, we may well be getting into a period of unprecedented US economic clusterfrickery... FRED - Federal Government Current Receipts. Contrast that with the ever-increasing debt (which also means increasing the amount of the federal budget needed to service that debt).
