I have said these indictments couldn’t get more embarrassing but apparently they can.

This one actually says “lying about an election is illegal.”

It also says “Trump made numerous false statements about the election to the media.”

It reads like MSNBC talking points given to them by Democrats.

But this is DC. Thankfully we have an appellate system.

Reading it now.

Looks like Lin Wood, Rudy G and the Kraken are unindicted co-conspirators. They are not named, but the descriptions fit.

=====

OK, now 15 pages in, and I am done. It looks like they are indicting him for being a two-faced politician with a God complex. While that may be egregious, I don't see it as being felonious.

I'll slog through it in more detail tomorrow when I am fresh.

The old saying that "you can indict a ham sandwich" is an old saying for a reason.

The jury only hears the prosecutions side.

I don't think you read very far.

I'm sorry you were deceived.

Yes it will.

But that’s the point. This is a political op, not a legal action.

And it will work.

First term they weaponized the security agencies to irreparably damage Trump. This go round they have weaponized the justice agencies.

I wish we would arrest politicians for lying. That would be fun.

Reading the indictment I am encouraged by the number of state Republicans who stood up to trump and for their country. In stark contrast to the cowardly GOP leadership.

I remember Watergate, the GOP stood up to Nixon. Trump is exponentially worse than Nixon .

Yep ... this sounds like a bunch of Bs, somewhat similar to NYC case from that standpoint.

Alexis de Tocqueville wrote about how impressed he was with our legal system. The ability of our legal system to teach basic civics lesson to the citizens was a huge bonus.

Americans are about to learn a few civics lessons tothe detriment of the Marxists. Of course the MSM will preach the negatives hard but the counter will be found in our new methods of conversation.

I say, "Bring it on." We got the right man who knows how to and will, with everything he has, fight back.

After all, it is for the America we love and Marxists hate.

MAGA!!

Who is the Kraken? Daley?

Barkley MUST be Giuliani.

Hillary still says 2016 was stolen, without evidence. I guess she’ll be in the cell next to his?
