If you ever thought of going to Europe on vacation do it now

Just heard from three (yes, three) friends, two are repeat visitors and one is a first timer who went to Europe who cannot stop talking about how they liked it and how cheap it was because you get so much (at least right now) for a dollar.
One visited Vienna-Budapest, one did a Baltic State tour Tallinn-Riga-Vilnius and one did London.
Just saying...if you have some vacation days left and have not made plans this could be a chance.

Been looking at winter ski trips and I’m pretty sure I can head to the alps for the same cost of a breck or park city trip now.

Years ago I took my wife to Italy, France, Spain, Monaco, and the Vatican. That was one hell of a trip and I enjoyed it way more than I ever expected to but I’m glad I did it then and not now.

The euro is not at great value considering one year ago it was almost exactly 1.00 and now its 1.10… so i dont understand this concept

My son and DIL just got back from 10 days in Spain. They had a great time.

Romania is stupid cheap. I can't in good conscience recommend anyone vacation there.
It's cool for a day, then it gets old. Starts to feel like being in bawcomville after a day. Not worth the airfare.
I will say, Northern Italy is underrated. Best food and wine I've had in Europe and not super expensive. 1.5 euro for a great glass of wine. We assumed the wine would be shite at that price, but it was among the best I've ever had.
It's cool for a day, then it gets old. Starts to feel like being in bawcomville after a day. Not worth the airfare.
