Good luck. I guess if I were Matt Rhule, I'd take a chance on him.

He was close to 300 lbs last I heard of him wonder where he is at now. Maybe I'm biased but he could honestly be the biggest waste of talent for a player of his caliber/talent.

How many times can one person transfer now? Holy shite. Seems like every semester the kids at a new school.

And he’s supposedly mentally unstable, which I sympathize with. But I don’t see how constantly transferring to a new school helps that.

Don't know that we ever got official confirmation (and not that we're entitled to that info), but he is legitimately bipolar/manic-depressive disorder, right?

I live in Georgia, and have heard the guy has mental illness. I mean, a real medical mental illness that's obviously causing the problem.

I don't think high-pressure football is in the cards for him, but obviously wish him the best.

Who's transferred more: him or Tate Martell?

I feel bad for him. One of the most physically gifted football players I've ever seen.

Prime example of a talented athlete being mentally ruined by an entitled upbringing.

Fatt Fhule won't get him any better, nor will he actually coach him. There is no worse place for Arik to be with his issues than under that idiot.

I'd say he's in a dead-heat with Jamarcus Russell, but at least JR got drafted #1 and made some coin. Both busts for sure, but Arik far out in front, so nowhere near a dead heat...

The boy obviously has mental problem that is real. You really don't know the anguish he suffers and can't feel his pain. It's ashame because he had all the tools but one, mental stability. I hope he finds himself and becomes a successful person with his life. This board has no compassion after recognizing something is wrong after all this time. Good luck son and God bless you.

That fool of a kid should have never left LSU, I bet he wishes that now. He could have had a great career at LSU and have been a high draft pick and in the NFL right now. Smh I just read some of the comments and if he does indeed have mental issues then please excuse my ignorance.

I’ve dealt with debilitating mental health issues and mine are probably minor compared to what he deals with. I honestly think it’s time to give up football and just focus on accomplishing basic daily tasks.

I view this young man like Todd maronivich. If he turns out to be a productive member of society, that’s a win.
