That’s not what I said at all. I specifically said I don’t believe Desantis would do that, at least I hope not. At the same time, I don’t understand why Trump would say it. I don’t see the benefit of lying about it since it is such an outrageous claim.
Hence, I will wait to make a judgement.

Originally, I edited the post to indicate it may be fake, then edited when I saw other sites reporting on it.

1) Did come from Trump’s team, but not “officially.”
2) came from the left to sow discord.
