why is there always big name head coaches being interviewed by washington? what the hell have they done? washington sucks arse. it would be a HUGE HUGE mistake to coach at that horrible program.

don james was there for ages and did really well .. it isn't a bad job .. just had a suck arse coach ..

Lots of history and lots of money....but still it's hard to recruit there, especially with Cal, Oregon and USC getting good again and getting the pickings of California recruits

So Les Miles would have to face LSU in his first game as the UW coach..

Why would they even post that?
1) UW probably isn't going to pay Miles anymore (considering he is already Top 5 paid), so that would mean Miles would take a pay cut - not going to happen
2) Miles didn't leave last year to go to his ALMA MATER, a place he has said repeatedly that he loves.
3) National opinion of Miles (by fans atleast) is not very high right now
The list could probably go on and on. Why would they even write that?

What the Huskies are now is not an indication of what they have always been OR what they will always be. You DO know that...right?

Big Alumni, big money, a conference that is really down so rebuilding is as hard in that conference, a stadium and facilities that will look good to recruits and it is located in a major city that has good schools (if the coach has kids).
