The looked like F-8's...which is odd since that plane has not been in sevice since...1964?

hate to see this movie is getting bad reviews. i thought it had potential to be something special. looks as though it's just a slightly better version of Skyline.

Actually Dale is the reason it sucks now. Remember that whole probation thing surrounding Lester Earl? That was Dale's doing.
After what is is it...14 years...that probation is long since no longer a factor.

By saying not the same Nathan's dogs, do you mean the meat recipe/formula, or the size and width dog?
I think the recipe/formula IS different. for wone thing, when you get at DOG at a Nathan's they have that 'snap' when you bite them...like many of the good hot dog place dogs. The weiners they sale in groceries are skinless so no snap.
The method of preparation is different at the resturants. They are not boiled or microwaved. It's just better at the actual resturant than the grocery version. There is the whole "go out for a dog" thing. You CAN cook a hamburger at home, but you still go out for them. Same with hot dogs. Again, what kind of place would we open. I think a good hot dog place would be a good thing.
I can't always get to Chicago Al's.

Nathans can be bought at Sams by the case, or in most stores, thus even though one of my favs, I feel we already have them in BR.
The NATHAN'S you buy at the grocery are not the same as the what you get AT a NATHAN'S. And wasn't the thread about what we would open...not many hot dog centric places around here...
NATHAN'S FAMOUS HOT DOGS/ARTHUR TREACHER'S FISH-N-CHIPS. In Baton Rouge...
Emphasis on Nathan's of coarse, but the franchise fee on Treacher's is VERY low...or at least it was when I looked into this once upon a time.

The only gumbo rule I know is potato salad must be kept at least 500' away. Put those things in.
:wha: :dunno: :dope:
To each his own...as the lady said when she kissed her cow...RIGHT ON THE MOUTH...but potato Salad is THE gumbo side dish. Just sayin' so don't be hatin'!

adam james is a spoiled punk arse kid who whined to his reporter daddy who blew that deal way out of proportion. Leach would be great here as an OC say what you want about him but his offenses were bad arse period
would you say that if it was YOUR kid? No...I thought not. We don't need that classless slug here.

cause Adam James is a twat
No...not so much.

Lewis Cook at Notre Dame is the best offensive coach in Louisiana.
Lewis IS OUTSTANDING. No argument there.

He has a very productive offense every year even though he plays with less talent than his opponent in almost every game.
You ARE KIDDING...right?
 :rotflmao:

The Saints had gold numbers their first couple of years, otherwise they haven't had any fundamental uniform changes in their history.
Unless you count the state of Louisiana logo on the pants from the mid-90s.
You...have not been paying attention to, or following this team very long...have you now.

Nice picture ThundrHawg...of coarse what it proves is that what ammounted to the game winning play for the Hogs...was a fluke...and accident. thanks for sharing.

You mean to tell me that the ECHL still exists?
Yes, it does. But this incarnation of the Icegators is not in the ECHL, which is a Double A league. This Icegator team is Single A.
hoghunter...If properly prepared...they...TASTE GOOD!!!
That is what the fuss is about.
That is what the fuss is about.

To much to ask? No, but Too many LSU fans ARE spoiled BRATS...calling for the head of the winningest coach for the time he time he has been here in school history is ludicrous!
Tomatoes in the gravy is a CREOLE thing. Not bad by any means...just not CAJUN...unless you are talking about Italian red gravy which is another name for spaghetti sauce.
