Joe is a guy that you don't have to worry about mailing it in once he gets the $$$$.

Patrick Mahomes contract….10 years $450 million

$56M/yr > $45M/yr

Still a valid point bc Mahomes is waiting for Burrow & then he will be next for “highest paid player ever”

Whatever man, I’m not gonna argue about that.

Mahomes career earnings are $79M, but yeah let’s go off the $450M total.

Well-deserved. He would have beaten Mahomes again last season if it wasn't for the referees using their influence to affect the game.

Those two remind me so much of the record setting chemistry between Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison.

so this # was fake?
Jalen Hurts just got 51M/yr & Lamar Jackson got 52 so Burrow getting something higher isn’t crazy.
Guess we will have to wait & see

You must be one of those who think someone making 250k is a millionaire because after 4 years they would have earned 1M.

There wont be any cap left for an oline. I fricking hate these qb contracts, unless the teams know something about the salary cap i dont… which to be fair is perfectly possible.

Agree.

Except I don’t hate the contracts. If he gets sacked 75 times I don’t care.

Good for him, but at the same time He needs to maneuver his contracts where they can still beef up his O-Line & play the long game career like Brees & Brady did at times. I don’t follow NFL much because of all the politics etc…. But If he isn’t protected, he’s that much closer from being one play away to another surgery.
