I was gifted a Goldbelly gift card and have never used this site before. It is kinda overwhelming with how much they offer. I was considering going with Pizzeria Bianco or Sally's but figured I would see if anyone has any recommendations before I place an order.

Our work gave everyone a goldbelly credit last year and I just bought some steaks with it. Nothing exciting but I basically ended up with 4 filets in my freezer for free.

Where do you live? I ask because perhaps there's a food or a restaurant on Goldbelly you'd want to try if you were in that area.

For the food kits, you typically have to do some putting the meals together, so that may make a difference to you.

Friend,

Essa Bagel is the best bang for the buck, but watch the prices. You can sometimes get two dozen for $60 shipped, which isn’t terribly much more than buying in house. They heat and freeze really well. I do not recommend buying pizza. You might as well buy a frozen grocery store pizza. There is not a single pizza that does well with shipping and certainly is not worth the crazy prices Goldbelly charges.

Yours,
TulaneLSU

I purchased Pequod's pizzas a year ago and it was pretty good. Not at all like some frozen pizza you buy at the store as TulaneLSU mentioned.

I ordered an Ina Garten coconut cake last year for my husband for either Father’s Day or his birthday. He was pleased with it and thought it was delicious, but he doesn’t know what I paid for it. Also, it was small.

We've got a Chicago deep dish in the freezer, supposed to thaw it out to eat soon. Can't remember the brand. EDIT- Bartolini's

It's not exactly as good as eating one while you're in Chicago but the quality is nearly the same. You need a lot of mouths to finish it. Otherwise, reheating a time or 2 takes a toll on the crust. Some places also sell smaller sizes which are perfect for 2 people.

Bad advice. I’ve bought a couple different brands of pizza from goldbelly and cooked them on the BGE. Turns out great everytime

I'd go for the 4-pack of ribs from Central BBQ in Memphis. I love their ribs and 4 racks ordered directly from Central plus shipping is only a few bucks less than the Goldbelly price.

I agree ...bad advice on not ordering pizzas from GoldBelly. I believe it was a place in Chicago that did deep dish pizzas that we ordered from. Obviously not as great as ordering them fresh but it was damn solid. We ordered three or four pizzas from there and we ate them happily.

I always buy the tiny pies for the holidays. They are scrumptious.

It's literally called Tiny Pies.

They also have full sized pies, but we love the variety of the tiny pies.
