Dont know my man but JT is average and i guess we are wanting someone better at that spot.

Everyone is allowed to have an opinion but he stated his as if it was a verifiable fact. It’s not.
It’s my opinion that JT would be much much better than Guidry at shortstop next year. I’d love to have a veteran at that spot considering we will be replacing 2nd and 1st as well.
I could be 100% wrong on that.

Getting Thompson back would automatically shore up an infield position that could be played by nippolt or something. Huge sigh of relief

I think Thompson coming back would have major implications on Guidry. He 1000% came to LSU to play SS and planned on leaving after two years.

That’s an entirely different situation. If JT comes back and he’s better than Guidry then Guidry will have to change his plans.

No, but I believe all I said on here was that he would be drafted in the top 10 rounds, probably closer to 5. I'm surprised he hasn't been drafted, and I'm bummed for him that he hasn't.

Im not celebrating a player not getting drafted. I said theres no way hes getting drafted where everyone thought he would get drafted. And that was 2 months ago well before he played like crap in the CMWS. Im not surprised at all hes not been drafted yet.

Well today couldn't have gone any better from a HS recruit standpoint.
Would have liked to have seen more current Tigers drafted today, but happy for Tre and Gavin!
