Las Vegas police find that Britney Spears was slapped in the face....by her own hand

Spears said she was hit in the face by a member of the San Antonio Spurs' security team inside a Las Vegas Strip resort on Wednesday.
TMZ reported Spears was with her husband, Sam Ashgari, and two others at Catch restaurant inside the ARIA resort when she saw Spurs' draft pick Victor Wembanyama and approached him.
When she tapped Wembanyama on the back, Spears said a Spurs security guard slapped her, knocking her glasses off her face.
The "Toxic" singer later filed a police report.
In that incident report, since obtained by Channel 13, police state surveillance footage showed Spears' own hand hit her in the face when the security guard pushed it off Wembanyama's back.
"Detectives and I were able to review surveillance footage of the event which showed Britney going to tap the Spurs player on the shoulder," an investigator wrote. "When she touched the player [the security guard] pushes her hand off the player without looking which causes Britney's hand to hit herself in the face."

Any attention is good attention for people like her
Can't imagine she'll be any more embarrassed now than when she/her people promoted this "incident" in the first place.
Didn't the security guy apologize the same night and they still went ahead with the police report?

Britney reaches up and taps Victor on his left shoulder. This is important because Victor described Britney "grabbing" him. The video does not support that claim.
You then see Victor's security slap her hand and either his hand struck her face or he made contact with her hand and the force of impact caused her hand to hit her face.
Either way, you hear the slap. As the police said, it does not appear he struck her intentionally ... it was more him swatting her hand away.
Britney's glasses flew off, but she did not fall as she indicated.
After the slap, you hear Britney clearly upset, screaming, still in a British accent, "That's America for you. F*** you all!"
Britney and friends went to dinner after the incident ... where a witness tells us she seemed super pissed.
As we reported, the Metro PD has closed it's investigation and no charges will be filed against Victor's security.

Can you imagine if this was the other way around and some dude ran up behind Britney trying to touch her? Her security would knock the guy out and rightfully so. She’s lucky she just got her arm swatted away. Bad luck that she hit herself in the face. She should be embarrassed for feeling entitled to the point that she would do something to someone like that. She would never allow a stranger to run up on her like that.
